Started as an ASP.NET developer in 2008. Spent the early years building the technical foundation — enterprise apps, financial systems, front-end architecture — across companies like Neesa Technologies, Ativio LLC (US client), and Value Chain Solutions India.
Joined the Team in 2015. Grew from Technical Lead to CTO over 11 years. Built a 50+ person cross-functional technology organisation. Delivered a custom cloud ERP that digitised multi-site business operations. Built and scaled an eCommerce platform processing 500+ daily orders for 42,000+ customers, driving £40M+ in annual GMV.
I offer my services as an independent consultant to bring that same calibre of engineering leadership to startups and growing businesses. Certified ScrumMaster®, certified in AI Applied for Business and Anthropic Claude. Currently working at the intersection of software delivery and practical AI.
